2. Principles of Data Processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website, handle inquiries, carry out pre-contractual measures or comply with legal obligations. In doing so, we observe in particular the principles of purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality.

3. Accessing the Website and Server Log Data

When this website is accessed, the web server may process connection and access data that is technically required. This may include, in particular, the following information:

The data will be deleted once the inquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds prevent deletion.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Where strictly necessary cookies or comparable storage technologies are used on this website, they are used only to the extent necessary to provide a digital service expressly requested by you. In this case, access to information on your device is governed by Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; any associated processing of personal data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Non-essential analytics, marketing or tracking technologies are used only if valid consent has been obtained in advance. No active web tracking is currently intended on the product website.

11. Withdrawal of Consent

Where we process personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

13. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR. For companies based in Baden-Württemberg, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg is, in particular, a competent supervisory authority.

14. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

This website does not use solely automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR and does not use profiling for advertising purposes.
